£2000 starting funds in 2008 were provided by FEDORA as seed funding.
Costs include funding for events on the day such as security, toilets, insurance; investment in equipment including marquees; and supplies.
OVSC receives a donation each year for the use of their facilities.

Oxshott Village Day is a non-profit event run by volunteers. The entertainment and facilities are paid for by sponsorship, entrance fees and stalls. Each year, excess funds, if any, are donated to a local charitable cause.
