We could not run Oxshott Village Day without the generous support of the volunteers who organise and manage it; Oxshott Village Sports Club which kindly allows the use of its facilities and grounds for the day; and the local business, sponsors, organisations and societies who participate. If you would like to support this community event, there are a range of options.
- Sponsorship
You can advertise your business by sponsoring one of the events or activities, providing a raffle prize, or helping with expenses. You will be mentioned on our website and in promotional materials and could exhibit a banner on the day. Download sponsorship flyer here. - Stalls
You could take a stall either to sell goods, gifts or food, or simply to publicise your

We rely on volunteers to help out with everything, from ticket sales to erecting marquees, and
clearing-up at the end of the day. Helpers are always very welcome.
